This is a great timer app. Thanks.
I only wonder why the great minds in Apple decided that NOT including seconds in the stock timer is exactly what people want and need, but then again they know better than users.
Excellent timer and stopwatch
Simple and intuitive to use, with the features missing from the builtin timer app: multiple named timers and stopwatches.
One feature important to me was to have a single notification when the timer is done, rather than the continuous alarm that won’t stop until it gets your attention. You can have that too, just set it on loop. Plus it has the bell tone I was looking for which is perfect for the single shot notification.
It works in the background and in low power mode with the screen turned off. But beware, if “Do not disturb” (DND) is on, the notification will be muted! This is not the case with the Apple timer which makes a noise both in silent and “do not disturb” which is what I want if I set a timer or alarm, since it’s easy to forget about the automatic DND times. In fairness, this is likely a limitation in iOS which does not provide an API to change or even detect DND, so hopefully this will change in the future or Apple will make their app as good as this one!
Needs
To make this a great app and only for this missing feature it would of got 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s needs a pause feature on it. I use it for gaming and stuff, and when I leave the game would like to pause the clock. But good app other than that.
