Needs Electric Charging Points on Route Bar
I’m enjoying using the App and it works fine. It needs Electric Charging Points on the Route Bar instead of Petrol Stations. I need to plan where to charge my car on my route.
Terrible UX, pointless compared to Google Maps
I don’t see any reason why use this instead of Google Maps. Frustrating to get around, incorrect info, missing most parking places, no refuel or recharge planning, and most of all, I’m not interested in seeing speed cameras or speed enforcement zones all over the map and I can’t turn it off. Super low map contrast (grey on grey, yay - what a great idea!), so I can’t see the map properly while driving. I never know what to press to do what I want to do. Sometimes I can avoid toll roads, and I can’t avoid motorways on specific trips and I can’t find a way for to do it. Doesn’t show the biggest and the most obvious car parks. I won’t renew my subscription.
Very poor support
Initially the app was fantastic. Now it doesn’t open now unless I switch off my phone then turn back on. Then the app opens. However, when I use the app later on the same day, app doesn’t open. Very bad for a pay service. Other free navigation apps work perfectly, so what is the problem with this app?
Second issue, following the recent update my TomTom go navigation will not let me search, will not allow me to select & activate preset destinations, recent places, go home or go to work. Only customer service is a bot. What is going on? This is totally unacceptable for a paid for premium service!!!
