Paris tour
I did your bus tour recently in Paris starting at the Louvre. Your sellers led us to believe that our tickets included the boat tour, it didn’t. You had 2 English speakers giving commentary. The lady was ok but the gent was so condescending and sarcastic regarding the French that I turned it off after a few stops. Having been to Paris before your commentary team missed out on many places we passed. Not all English speakers on your tour are from England with such an anti French bias. I will never take your tour company again. I was very disappointed

Functionally useless
Aside from the poor experience with the tour, this app is functionally useless. The first stop for Cardiff is in the wrong place, the buses that are theoretically being tracked in real time appear and disappear on the map and don’t appear in real life, and the iframe to purchase tickets in the app won’t let you scroll so you can’t actually buy tickets that way.
