The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your ‘Account Settings’ after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

RESTORE PREVIOUS PURCHASES

To restore any previous purchases after updating the app, go to your TopGear magazine UK library, click the menu button in the top right of the app, then tap the cog icon button in the bottom right of the screen and select ‘Restore Purchases’. Then select ‘Restore’ on the pop up, and your previous purchases will be restored.

Unfortunately, from time to time, an app may crash, and on the odd occasion this happens, we will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible. In order to diagnose a problem, we would really appreciate it if you the cog icon in the menu, then tap "Report a problem" and send us details of your issue.

No fan of good. ,

Don't read in bed

App is good but with one really annoying problem. App has interactive features that can't be switched off as far as I can see. As a result you can be reading the app in bed/plane/train and when you change page go straight into a video of a car screaming around a track.

Also no option to subscribe for one year only. Also slow download that does not seem to continue progressing while you are out of the app or iPad is locked. Could be a symptom of bad broadband.

There are options for subscriptions but they don't work so just the expensive single issue is available to purchase.

Topgear magazine for iPad

I subscribed to this app almost 2 years ago. And it has been fantastic. For the last 3-4 months however, it has been terrible. It will not open for me. I managed to get it open a couple of times. But mostly it just hangs and I get the circle of death telling me it is loading. I have installed and uninstalled it umpteen times. I have updated the iOS and been on to the support desk for this app and still no joy. I got really frustrated at not being able to properly read the last three issues. So I have now cancelled the subscription. Pretty crappy customer support. My last email has gone unanswered for about three weeks now. Bravo. You guys suck.
