Once we got it setup and camera software updated works perfect
App gone from glitchy to broken with iOS updates
This app worked passably well until about a year ago, then got very slow and now with iOS 14 it is broken. Why the app will not connect to the ip of the camera directly on same router instead of going through the to link cloud is beyond me. Facility is even in the software, just refused to connect.
Great features except one biggie
The camera is very good quality and has motion detection and sound detection facilities with baseline setting possible. Any audio above a certain threshold will generate an alert through the app.
Live viewing and audio is possible and works well.
Where the app and web settings are left wanting is in the ability to have pictures and/or sound emailed to your account.
This is possible to set up on the camera directly but not through the app or web settings. This means that if you forget to do this before deploying the camera, you are stuck.
Other than that, I'm very happy with this app. It works well and is stable.
