Bought hashcoins to buy event box,bought the box got rewards used them to upgrade a character and other stuff get to next milestone went off for an hour came back on that it has reset back to where it was before character is not upgraded don’t have the resources but my money was still taken,it’s not first time it’s done this either has lost progress a few times,FIX THIS I WANT A REFUND

Great game but HELP
It was working perfectly all along but the last 3 days it’s stuck on the loading screen. It’s not loading just stuck on 0% and it says “checking for new assets” I tried deleting and reinstalling it and it doesn’t work
