Keeps freezing
I do be watching a stream on twitch and it just freezes and I’ve to leave the app and go back in, it happens every 5-10 minutes. We have a good WiFi network so I don’t understand why it won’t work

Hello Ciaráng15, usually interruptions are caused by network problems. Please be sure your phone and TV are close enough to your WiFi router. Tubio transmits a lot of video/audio data and requires good signal. If this does not help then please contact us at support@tubioapp.com. Thanks!
