Sooo bad
It’s insane that such a huge company has what must be the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using, signing up is terrible and brings you to a web browser multiple times, the UI is ridiculously clumsy and there is no way to get in touch with customer service from the app. I mean you are one of the biggest delivery companies in the world you should be better
Good app, bad company
I saw the reviews saying it is just the same as the website, it is not! The app helped me reset the password and the website did not. Also its much better than my expectations of it. There is bugs, but they're minor and manageable. The app is good, worth the download.
Rubbish - not worth downloading
No extra information is provided form tracking online. What’s the point of the app apart from harboring more data on UPS customers? Every time I tried to get “more information” on my parcel it would send back to the log in page and then tell me to verify my email address AGAIN. Rubbish, don’t waste your time.
