If you’re like us, you’ll be downright captivated by the frenzied excitement that comes with decking out a battle-hardened tortoise. In this shooter/clicker hybrid, you control an armed reptile fending off an ever-advancing horde of beetles, iguanas and birds. To hold off the impending onslaught, you’ll plaster your shell with mortars and machine guns while enlisting field mice, bumblebees and sparrows. While the idea is admittedly silly, the execution is anything but, making it a world you’ll love coming back to.
Addictive
This game is fantastic. I love the way that you can recruit help and build fortifications and the game also has an element of humor to it. Download it and try.
Nearly great game
It’s nearly a great game, I played it for a couple of days, but then I hit an irreversible problem of buying “Skip level to…” which turns out is actually forcing me to lower performance, as I can’t start from lvl 1, which I realised is the best level to start at to generate the most money with the mines. So even when starting at level 9 I already went from maxing at lvl 110 to about 70… I’d call it a bug and I’d allow player to choose lvl 1 or somehow allow developing the mines and then skip the levels. Additional idea - stats for all the turrets, towers and allies, so the player can see which ones are the most effective
