WhatsApp Messenger 12+

As one of the most popular messaging apps, there is a lot of features WhatsApp has to offer. It is easy-to-use, secure and most of all, free!

The app is great for sending messages, videos and images (you can also send docs, links, polls etc) privately and it has helped me greatly to connect with friends around the world. I use it on a daily basis and find it very helpful and versatile. The great thing is that you can not only send messages, but also make join groups, communities and subscribe to various channels to stay updated with the world around you.

I would definitely recommend a download, especially if you want a fast, secure and smooth messaging experience. I would mention one suggestion though as to being able to group your chats into folders. Other than that, it is an amazing app!

Just like how you can see when your message was delivered and read can you add an option to see when you read a message please?? I tend to open messages then get distracted for hours. Be great if there was an option to see when you’ve read a message. Like how you check a message you sent out uno. Slide the message n ye can see when it was delivered n read. Would be great if I could do that on incoming texts after I’ve read them and left. Could see what time I read the message and how long I left them on read😂

My app crashes when I receive a link in a message. When I reopen the app, the message has disappeared along with any other unopened messages. This has been happening for over a year now. I’ve contacted WhatsApp support multiple times who have been absolutely no help whatsoever. They have given me generic answers that have nothing to do with my issue, they have sent me messages containing links which causes my app to crash (the whole reason I even contacted them in the first place!), they have brushed me off, and they have closed my chat each time without my problem being resolved and before I even have a chance to reply. I have waited multiple days for them to reply on numerous occasions, yet they closed my chat as they “hadn’t heard from me in a while” - less than 24 hours!! The level of customer service is laughable.
