I’ve used this App for a long time to keep in touch with family back home even with few errors I still continue but that has now changed. I’ve been sending mobile top up to family but last week, I send the person never received it and their network provider confirmed this. Money for the mobile top up was still taken from my mobile balance and the support team was not even close to resolving this issue.

I made a decision to longer use the App and to just use up the remaining balance and yesterday I sent the rest to as mobile top up but not all was received but money taken from my balance.

I feel scammed and betrayed after being a loyal customer for years and can lo longer trust to top up and watch as my money just disappear and deal with your team who has not being helpful, I regret making contact to get this resolved as it took two days going back and forth. To a point I got so frustrated as I noticed I was not going to get the help I needed.

I’d rather spend more making calls and sending airtime as long as it gets done and done right.

It was all good but by mistake I delete the app and now I re install it back. When I want to register my phone number it’s say server couldn’t communicate. I have 10€ in my account.

It’s down most of time, it’s show no internet connection when I have very strong WiFi and 4G, I have to end used my top from Vodafone most of the time!! So what the excess of having this application? Please do something?
