Bug fixes and improvements

Not worth it.

I actually like Wired (web). So I thought I'd revisit this magazine seeing as they were selling recent editions cheap.

Sadly it is still the same as when it first came out. 50% of the magazine is adverts (almost every second page).

Unless you are a big fan of adverts it isn't worth it.

The future of magazines

Brilliant reworking of a magazine for the iPad. Much beter than the zinio experience. Love the vertical scrolling for reading the articles and the horizontal scrolling to go from one article another.

The interactive articles are fun; even the ads prompt you to change to landscape mode for a different view. The one thing I nearly missed was the complete thumbnail view which captures that need to flick through then magazine before you settle in to read it.

Can't see myself reverting to a print edition.

The Future

This is the future of the print industry. A gorgeous and very slick app. Other publishers should take note. Looking forward to more Condé Nast titles distributed this way.
