Change currencies without fees
I love it because I'm able to change currencies without any fees. And you're able to buy some cryptos. At least the most important ones imo. Also nice is the possibility to earn cashback for using the card. Getting all this for free - I use the standard account - is great and worth a big thank you to the developers. Why then 4 stars and not 5? I think the handling of the app in general could be more straight forward. More intuitiv. Sometimes it is not easy for me to find on first glance what I'm looking for. But getting more exercise will make it easier in the future. All in all more 4.5 than 4 stars. But unfortunately you're not able to give 0.5 rating steps.

Worst application ever
They just lock your account once you deposit funds to it even though if your account is KYC verified. When you create a support ticket they just ask you to wait till they look into it. I see that there more than 1000 customers who have complained saying they are waiting for their funds to be release for more than 3 months. I have been asking customer care everyday to release my funds but no solution yet. Some customer even have complained that their account is locked more than three times the moment it is unlocked. I am writing this so that everyone should be aware what wirex is upto with customers funds. They jus lock your account for a while so that they have funds at their end. If you really like your funds to be able to transferred and used then do not use wirex. It’s more like a charity if you fund in wirex. Forget about your funds once you deposit in wirex.

App is not refreshing
Actually never impossible to find a email to contact wirex so just gonna writes review my account has not refreshed in over a day and the crypto currencies are at a still even though there going up how do I fix this problem?
