I

It’s a good app I had a account before on it now it just won’t let me log in it just says “our servers are temporarily unavailable “

Hubris combined with capitalism, masquerading as paywall emotional support.

Patronising, opportunistic, swindle of the vulnerable, with badly written English used in the release notes.(major red flag that these people are not qualified to help themselves, never mind anyone else!)Borderline grooming for the insecure or naive or both! What qualifies these people to ask for payment to help those in need? I’m sensing a major con being unleashed on people who deserve better! What the hell Apple? Who’s curating the curators in the App Store these days? Are there even any adults paying attention to this snake oil salesmanship? I wouldn’t trust Boaz (CEO? Give me break, I used to play soldiers when I was a kid but that maketh me not a Navy Seal today!)to deliver pizza without causing offence or emotional distress ! Anyone considering giving these charlatans cash money would do better to spend it on something else more useful, junk food, for instance, would probably be more beneficial, as well as tasting somewhat better than this muck ,dressed up as whatever it’s supposed to be . So go ahead, do yourselves a favour and miss this app!

Annoying

It helps, it does, however, they monitor absolutely everything. I can’t discuss self harm or I get suspended, yet the reason I’m there is to share my experiences! I’m not being graphic or going into detail or anything. All I mentioned was the work “cuts” and boom I was suspended. Who suspends me you may ask? A “guide” They’re given the right to suspend you, disable your account, anything! And they’re not even qualified. It needs work and proper administration. I also think limiting it to 17 is very strange. I’m 16 and said so to one person and boom my account was completely gone. Just because I’m a year younger than 17 does not mean I have any less of a right to seek help thank you very much. It’s so frustrating.

Developer Response ,

Thank you, Gia, for your thoughtful comment. You may have noticed that we are bounded by Appstore regulations about being available for those who are 17 and older. We cannot change that. Also, you may have noticed the pop up, as you went into the product, asking you to confirm that you are indeed 17. In any case, please come back to us when you are 17 and until then, stay well and safe. We are here for you always, Boaz (CEO)
