Ratings and Reviews
Wiser is good but has some drawbacks
Batteries need to be changed too often and rechargeable batteries are not really suitable. If I could utilise rechargeable batteries I would give a 5 star
Absolute rubbish!
I was notified that I need to upgrade our control unit as the app on our current miGenie would longer work from March ‘24
I purchased the new system and installed it as directed. Downloaded the app as directed and filled all the details, following instructions to the tee!
Sadly no matter what I did or which of my devises I used it simply would not connect to the Hubr. After about an hour of frustration and the app no longer functioning correctly, I gave up, put the old unit back in, boxed it ready to ship back to Drayton.
I can’t say if the app or the unit was faulty but I just couldn’t get the app to operate properly.
In short, waste of time and money.

Rate me gets in the way
Lately the app seems more and more broken.
Now today on the iPad with iOS 15.5 the Rate my screen gets in the way and blocks any action. Can’t rate can’t close it either can only force quit the app and hope I’ll have a little more time to perform actions next time before this annoying Rate me screen pops up again.
Please fix.
