Wish: Shop and Save 12+

I’ve ordered a lot from Wish. I love the prices and I’ve always been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the goods. I see it as an opportunity to purchase the goods you want at much lower prices. The only time I had to wait more than a few weeks for the goods was during Covid-19 but that was nobody’s fault. If you are willing to wait a few weeks or sometimes less I would say go for it. Make sure you get your measurements correct and look at the size charts. If you order something too small maybe you need to recheck and admit you are bigger than you think.

The items I have received from Wish are anything but bad quality. Everything I have purchased so far has been up to standard (as far as cheaply machined stuff goes. The arrival time, since it is coming from china post, to places such as Ireland, Britain and most European countries, is not fast, however personally I think it is worth the wait. Customer service is fantastic to say the very least. Since it is a cheap site they do not argue or fuss over you disliking your item for whatever reason. They will always come to a reasonable solution to your problem. If an item were to somehow arrive broken, the incorrect order, or bad quality (which are all very rare occurrences), the customer service are quick to offer full refunds no quibble, no fuss, guaranteed every time. They are very helpful when an item does mot show up on time aswell.
I am very happy with Wish and all that comes with there services, items for sale, and quality of customer treatment.

80% no issues even with delays due to pandemic .. however bigger issue is where sender can change the status of items and claim they were delivered when they were not. Support part has inadequate options to give feedback on items status and to report when items have not arrived. I am getting slower to recommend while the support options and ability from seller to declare receiver has got ( when they have not).. it is frustrating where support do not even give option to say issue is items have not arrived to contradict the sellers change to status.. then again Last couple app updates no longer seem to have option to mark items that arrive early as early on calendar.. app has gone backwards...
