The app contains the following subscription options:
- Weekly with a 3-day free trial at $ 7.99; weekly with a 3-day free trial at $ 9.99; quarterly at $ 29.99; yearly at $ 29.99; yearly at $ 49.99 with a 3-day free trial; yearly at $ 59.99; monthly at $ 12.99.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Can’t get past the paying part! Please help!
I saw Woofz on instagram and thought my two shih tzus need this but when I put in my dogs information- breed, age problems etc.- and it brought me to the 12 week plan or free trial. Do I have to pay to use the app? Please get back as soon as possible!!!

Complete scam as soon as you pay
This app is set up to trick you into a rolling subscription at a substantially higher rate than you sign up for. You will get no notice of the renewal or the price hike and the terms are not laid out clearly ahead of time.
Customer service very passive aggressively insist that enough notice is given in the fine print on the final payments screen but by reading the below reviews you’ll see that this is trend and clearly their strategy behind the brand. It’s an absolute shame because the app isn’t bad, but nobody needs it for more than a few weeks and it is outrageously priced, with very shady tactics to extract people’s money.
I expect them to comment similarly on this and refute the claim as they have before, but they seem to have no interest in changing their business model, they are in the business of taking advantage of people.
Do not recommend in the slightest.

Hi I think this app should be free I started it with 3 day free trial but I’m scared for when it’s over it would be great if it was free thanks
