If you have a coach it puts them in your pocket too! Check your training plan at the start of each swim, bike, run or gym effort. Then when you nail another session, your training diary is right there waiting for you to detail how it all went. Even if you can't get a signal, your training diary is available offline. All your race notes, training plans and motivational feedback from your coach is always with you. The Xhale app is your mobile counterpart to the Xhale online training diary and syncs back to it when you are online.
