Poor tech support
My child has had the watch for several months now. Last week the App suddenly asked me to login or create an account. I could not login and still cannot. I’ve emailed Tech support and gave the watch IMEI number but they have been so slow to provide a resolution to my problem.

Unfortunately some replies are being answered after 24 or 48 hours, depending if a part or full-time agent is available.

It’s a good phone
It made calling people easy
Too buggy and unreliable
I have two authorised parents setup. Messages from the watch more often than not get sent to the first parent even if the child has selected the second parent. I’ve tested it myself. It’s definitely not user error.
The last update broke the app and required a log out and log back in. Not ideal for a device used for child safety.
