YUKO - Toyota Car Club 4+

It crashes the moment I open the app (this is on iPhone 14 Pro in iOS 17). First I thought it might have to do with my credentials or FaceId so I deleted the app and installed from the App Store. But keeps on crashing 🫣 please fix

Today I spent an hour realizing that this was my last use of this service. I had 23 trips during the entire time of use and here are the statistics, I will start with the last times: today the car was so dirty that I was disgusted to get into it - dirt, garbage, remnants of dog fur; replaced it with another car - I walked 10 minutes to it and could not open it, because the car was completely discharged. Out of 23 uses - 2 times the car was completely discharged, in ~15 cases the car was not clean, sometimes very dirty. Once there were problems with connecting to the program, I could not open the car. There is a car on which I submitted a report 3 times that the rear wiper was missing, but the situation was not corrected. I also paid a fine for parking, because the website indicated that parking is free in Dublin, I would like this point to be written in more detail, because for some reason Tallaght is not Dublin, I don't understand the logic. Several times the tank was empty and it was necessary to go to the gas station before the trip. I have no complaints about the hotline. I will not use this service again, you have very good competitors and if you want your service to be used, then something needs to change

Very good customer to YUKÕ always renting cars and looking after them paid for 24 hours as due In work early in the morning to then realise it hadn’t gave me the full 24 hours I’ve been cut short by 12 hours rang customer support told me none they could do as another customer had it booked and couldn’t cancel on them fair enough but put me in another vehicle but was told by customer support they can’t even credit it for another vehicle which is ridiculous but have had to end booking after 6.5 hours of driving it, TO ANYONE STICK WITH GO CAR YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THIS BAD SERVICE WITH THEM
