YUKO - Car Sharing in Dublin 4+

I’ve been a YUKÕ car sharing member for years and I’m delighted the new app is finally here. It looks and feels great, the UX is simple and intuitive and everything works perfectly! Great to see more cars in Dublin. Thank you ❤️

Very good customer to YUKÕ always renting cars and looking after them paid for 24 hours as due In work early in the morning to then realise it hadn’t gave me the full 24 hours I’ve been cut short by 12 hours rang customer support told me none they could do as another customer had it booked and couldn’t cancel on them fair enough but put me in another vehicle but was told by customer support they can’t even credit it for another vehicle which is ridiculous but have had to end booking after 6.5 hours of driving it, TO ANYONE STICK WITH GO CAR YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THIS BAD SERVICE WITH THEM

I was a first time user, thinking as a Toyota affiliate they could be a trusted service. Don’t be fooled, the car had no fuel....I had to wait over 3 hours to receive the fuel and by the time that was sorted , it took me over 4 hours to reach Dublin airport from the Dublin City centre. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share my bad experience. I have not received a fair compensation from Yuko and they took 2 days to respond to my complaints....so stick with your Go car!
