Pretty good

The app used to be pretty useless, but now that they've added push notifications at last, it does all you'd expect.

Does not open

When try to log in next screen is a timer saying loading chats.... and it just hangs there constantly so it’s useless.

This issue has been resolved and an updated version (1.15.0) has been published on the App Store. If you have any other problems with loading chats, please send an email to mobile.chat@zendesk.com so we can investigate it further.

I find that the chat and notifications can be very unresponsive on iOS.
