If you are looking for an app that will replace your gym membership, Fiit is it. This app brings the fitness Instagrammers whose muscles you covet into your sitting room, to inspire you to get fit like them.

The idea is to combine workouts across three disciplines – cardio, strength and rebalance (which covers mobility and stretching). Choose classes by style or muscle group (postnatal, circuits or abs and glutes, for example) or filter by the instructor you love.

You’re sure to find the perfect plan for you.

Of course, because of its strong links to the fitness community on Instagram, you’re bound to recognise the trainers. Popular yogi Cat Meffan is on there, teaching you her flow; former dancer Adrienne Herbert teaches cardio classes and rugby player turned yoga teacher Richie Norton takes you through mobility sessions.

You can sign up to plans spanning from one to 10 weeks, with aims including building muscle or losing fat. By downloading the Apple Watch app you can also take scheduled, virtual classes in the so-called Fiit Club, alongside other app users. You’ll see your heart rate stats on screen and see how you’re doing on a leaderboard.
