What’s your fitness goal? Want to build lean muscle, or are you training for a marathon? Trying to get back into fitness, or hoping to master the machines?

Let Gym Plan: Workouts & Fitness be your workout planner, coach and nutritionist rolled into one.

Create an account and you’re presented with three objectives: build muscle, lose fat and get fit. Feeling particularly determined? Pick all three.

Now, for the technical part. Select how many days a week you want to work out, whether you’re targeting any specific muscles, and indicate what type of gym equipment you have access to. Then, sync Gym Plan with Apple Health, and the app will prep you a highly personalised gym plan.

Gym Plan personalises its approach to the fitness goals you set for yourself.

It’s an easy and accessible way to get started. Your personalised workout plan indicates what muscles you will be working out that day: tap the move to play a video, showing you exactly how to implement a prisoner squat without straining your back. 

Once you have completed a workout, Gym Plan logs your performance – giving you an at-a-glance report on the calories burned, and making it easy to track your progress. 

In premium mode, you get all this plus access to a live ‘coach chat’, where you can ask an expert for advice. Premium also grants access to the ‘My Calories’ section, where you can optimise your performance through tailored meal plans – so you won’t undo all your hard work.
