You can buy CoinKeeper Plus or Premium subscription and get every feature. Premium subscription is available on monthly basis for $7.99 or $59.99 per 1 year.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

After all the updates it just shows incorrect totals🤦♀️ I am not even mentioning that it is impossible to push some buttons inside the app, but wrong totals is way before the line. So sorry I spent the money for this

No ability to add another account
Ok, I paid 90 shekels not to be able to add another account to keep track of the family expenses? This is nonsense! Even the cheaper apps provide you with the functionality to add your family members and record expenses on the joint accounts and to hide your personal accounts. No synchronization with Israeli banks. Waste of money.

When you buy a subscription, it becomes attached to your profile and is not limited in its options: it opens all the functions listed in it. You can log on into this profile from different devices: Android and iOS. All the data which you entered in the profile from any device will be displayed on the others, that means the data will be synchronized. It makes it possible to use the app for family accounting of income and expenses.
Some improvements are needed...
In general the expenses overview is pretty good, but the lack of repetitive payments is a dealbreaker. It is not a budget planner. It’s just a one more notebook for your expenses.
I’ve asked support regarding repetitive expenses a month ago or so and they answered “not in the scope for now”.
