דיווח אבדה: איבדתם פריט במהלך הנסיעה? דווחו באפליקציה, כך שניתן יהיה ליצור אתכם קשר עם מציאתו.
משוב ופניות: ניתן לפנות לחברת אגד בנושאים כמו: בקשות לשינויים, רב קו, הצעות וכו'. בנוסף ניתן לשלוח תלונה באמצעות האפליקציה.

Ratings and Reviews
Terrible app
Difficult to navigate, bus arrivals changes randomly and then if they can’t catch you it just drives away without you. Even filing a complaint through the app is super hard and when you find it, you can only blame the driver - instead of the app which is the problem. 0/10
Problems navigating and more
The navigation system is horrible. The timing of bus arrival is not functioning correctly. Not consistent. And there’s no human response about problems in the app.
Less than one star in my opinion.

Everything about it is bad. The drivers are always late and there’s no option to schedule a ride.
