The app is in Hebrew, and there’s no choice in English which is fine but also it’s hard to find a doctor that speak English because I have to go through all the doctors and see what language they speak, why don’t they have a filter ?
Stop working with last update
The app was good, but after last update I just can’t sign in to my account. I tap “כניסה לחשבון האישי״, then the app scans my Face ID and nothing… it continues to show me the start page and that’s all.
The Stone Age
For some reason, “some information” (app doesn’t say what exactly) about me is missing in the system therefore after spending time registering, I am advised to go to the secretary in order to finish the sign up.
I am now going to ride my dinosaur to the clinic since it’s very hard to make any app work in Israel and do anything remotely, we are still not there.
