Do not use

Wanted to rent two bikes - we planned to go back to car parking together on bikes. Chose this service because they wrote you can take up to 5 bikes. To use additional bike you need
Second ID, but we did not manage to scan it - program didn’t approve images. And the problem is that you need to unlock first bike and only after that it asks for second ID. So they took money for about 10 minutes of riding time while we tried to unlock second bike. Easy money from air. Wish you to fail with such a lame app.

Do not install.

Can only pay by credit card, and you are not able to remove/delete the card info on the app when done using. So its there forever.

Also you cannot delete the user, which you should be able to by the Apple guidelines.

Also overall crappy user experience.

Thieves

Bought a weekly pass, turns out it’s not a pass but just a discount for a week on rides but your still being charged by the minute. The description was super deceiving and inaccurate, i feel ROBBED. this whole adventure cost me 100₪ for maybe 4 rides. Ridiculously expensive service and extremely uncomfortable. STAY AWAY
