Why do I need to write email to submit bug report? Why can’t I make a bug report right in the application itself?

I understand how disappointing it can be when an app doesn’t work as expected or doesn’t meet your needs. We’re always working hard to improve our app and make language learning fun and easy for everyone with various language games to help you along with way to the mastery of the lingo of your choice. With that being said, I am elated to let you know that we now have an ! inside of a circle on most screens. This allows you to submit an "Error Report," and it automatically includes a screenshot of exactly what you could see at the time so we can address any issues that you may find.

I want to make sure that you have the best possible experience with Ling and that you can learn any language you want in an enjoyable and effective way. I’m learning Hebrew and I know something. Good structure of the app, but I lot of grammar mistakes.

no spaced repetition system with cards !!! tends to lag and get bugged down it is just a simple but nice copy of duolingo

I understand how dissatisfying it can be when an app doesn’t match your expectations or doesn’t help you learn well. I was curious if you have tried our review and chatbot sections of the game? A lot of our customers find those helpful when they want to repetitively review information.

We’re always working hard to improve our app and make language learning more enjoyable and rewarding for everyone by creating new features like our various language games. I am sorry to hear that your app is lagging as we try to test various devices to ensure that is not happening. If you do experience this in app, there would generally be an ! inside of a circle somewhere on the screen. Please tap on that and submit and error report. It will take a screenshot of where you are and give you a chance to add additional details like, "the app took 10+ seconds to load this screen." That will allow us to directly test what you experienced so we can work to remove the lag as soon as possible.
