تتمثل خدمات المشروع في العناية بشؤون تفويج الحجاج لطواف القدوم وذلك لمنع التكدس في المسجد الحرام ، وكذلك تعيين عدد من المطوفين لمرافقة مجموعات الحجاج وتطويفهم وتوعيتهم وإرشادهم قبل التوجه للمسجد الحرام وذلك بالتأكد من إرتداء كافة الحجاج للأساور التي تحمل معلومات الحاج ومحل إقامته ومكتب الخدمة الميدانية التابع لها والتأكد بأنهم على وضوء وتوعيتهم بأهمية السير على هيئة مجموعة واحدة وعدم الخروج عنها تلافياً للضياع وعدم التعرض للإرهاق .
