It is a type of recording diet that makes you more aware and makes a little patience come naturally.
It's easy to follow and easy to keep track of, making it a great way to experience success for the first time.

It's hard to run a marathon without end.
So, just 30 days.

Thirty days is a long time to see results.
So compete daily with your daily goal weight. Accumulate small successes.

If it's too much of a hassle, it won't last.
That's why I only record my weight.

If you don't have a sense of rhythm, you will get bored.
That's why we add a small sense of tension with a simple penalty game.
