Excellent, just please keep the order of my favorite in the same order!
Agoda for me is certainly the best!
This is why im platinum member.
But please please- when I save my favorite and go inside to see each hotel in my favorite (in the area chosen), don’t mix up the order when I go back to look at another hotel!!
It is so confusing when the order is not kept!
I can’t know which hotel I viewed before when the order isn’t kept.
So please please, keep the order of my favorites in the same order all the time 🙏🙏🙏
They are thieves
I made a reservation through this application for a hotel and I paid, and when I went to the hotel, the receptionist told me that there is no reservation in your name and that the Agoda platform did not tell the hotel that there is a reservation for you, I tried to cancel the reservation and get the money back, but the platform did not accept the cancellation, I advise everyone not to Dealing with this application and this platform because they are thieves … Imagine that I tried to contact their customer service several times, but they did not answer, knowing that the costs of international calling are very high
Good service, not great UI
You get good prices and deals and you can see people reviews and they also have an excellent customer service. Once I got talking to a real person they were very helpful and fair but the app itself is bit confusing. It’s hard to get to the conversation every time and hard to navigate around the app. I recommend doing an update or something.
