I’ve booked an appointment through Air Doctor and accidentally chose an in person appointment instead of a zoom call. I got a WhatsApp from them without the phone number of the clinic. I am HIV positive and forgot my medication at home so you can clearly understand the urgency. I called the number that was in the form I received that was on the form two minutes before the appointment and got a customer service representative with zero desire to help. First A woman answered immediately and said that she will direct me to the right person who is dealing with my case and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and immediately the representative that was dealing with my case answered. He said that they are just a mediator Service and that I had to pay the fee because I missed the appointment and that nothing can be done, although if I could’ve got a hold of the clinic I could easily have asked him to change it to a Zoom call because it would have been on time. Nevertheless, he continued to say that they don’t work like that. I asked him to call the clinic and see if they’re willing to help me out with just a prescription - I got the same response that they don’t work like that. So I’ve asked for the number and called the clinic and they were happy to help. The representative didn’t even offer this option. It’s very clear. All they care about is money and not the well-being of the customer.

Air Doctor was a life saver while traveling to Mexico. Me and my girlfriend fell badly sick, we were able to get doctors visits at hour apartment for the same day, and all covered by our insurance so we didn’t have to spend anything.
