AliExpress Shopping App 12+

I’ve ordered handers of items from Ali ! Earthing arrives and on time, all work 99% :) Bat last time I ordered many items, last December. I still didn’t receive 20 of the 22 items I’ve order !! :( and the tracing of the shipment stopped, week after I ordered. so I don’t know where the items are!! AliExpress didn’t give me any information about! I hoop they will arrive soon and the company contacted me and let me know...that i will make my next order that have many products in, and I will not need use different company. I have a connection in China and a big network of people, I know that Coronavirus is just a flu ! So that not an excuse!!! I hope I would not have to use my power and spread negativity on AliExpress. Thank you.

In spite of paying for traceable parcel it is ignored by merging orders or using non existing tracking numbers for their choice of carriers . They are carriers like Exelot that use a local Israeli distributor PAKALOT that is losing parcel and is unreachable. Our web is full with customer that complain about their service. They are some vendors that unwilling misleading with the item description and quantities, I believe because of culture and language translation gaps. I hope that in the future a reminder will be incorporated to warn when the protection expired at least 5 days ahead. They are some vendors that answer late or ignore. You have to improve the App for better monitoring multiple orders
The app should have a lagger of the purchases done stating date and amount. The sellers should pack the items in a secure manner (rigid bubble bag) because recently items disappeared (via holes)on the way in combined delivery and when opening a dispute nothing can be shown because the main package arrived but inside small package are missing.

It is difficult to rate because of the corona virus and all the shut downs. Things have taken sooooo long and i am still waiting on stuff, another at least 7 items, some have just disappeared. I will probable not order much new stuff and i am waiting for things to go back to something a little closer to "normal". This last week i have received packages that were ordered in november and december. So I will hold judgement and review again later if possible. I am confused at to how reliable are the different shipping options and what the "aliexpress" shipping option offer as opposed to other shipping options... also tracking numbers sometimes do not match the number provided in the status area of your site, so items cannot be traced after they enter the destination country... this is idiotic! I have no way of tracking it. Also, the printing of the address and shipping information is often difficult and almost impossible to read! It is faded. So many little things to complain but i would like to continue using your service once the postal services go nack to normal.
