I love asos, but if you wanna make it more convenient here’s what to do:

Many brands like Bershka, Pull & bear, Stradivarious Topshop, etc... do not ship to Israel, so why do you show me their products? to avoid liking a piece of theirs for nothing I always refine the results, and then when I want something else I have to refine all over again and handpick the brands that I know do not ship to Israel to keep them out of selection. My suggestion is: show products based on address. No need to show brands that don’t ship to certain countries, nothing will come out of that.
Another suggestion: Every time I look for, say, a sweater, I refine the results based on range, size, brands, price, etc.. maybe you can add the option of saving a search, in the my account tab insert a “Saved searches” line where we can browse previous searches where the refining parameters are already set, and then in the click of a button the search results will come up immediately without having to refine all over again every time.

Items not shipping to Israel

Hello ASOS
There are so many items, mostly of Nike (and also some adidas items), that are shown on items that does ship to israel. In other words, I am able to find many items while I search for items, and suddenly when I want to pay, it is saying that those items DO NOT SHIP TO ISRAEL. It is such a waste of times to look on this items, select size, try to understand what to buy, and then it is not even possible. Also when I am changing the country shipping to, it is impossible. So please, I would like to understand, why are you posting SO MANY items that are just impossible to purchase? What’s the point? It is a highly bad service. Thank you.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! You’re not willing to help anytime.
You canceled the option to contact you guys through Facebook and emails. You can only send messages on the online chat which is super annoying and inconvenient.
If I want to return items, ASOS stopped sending us the return label and I have to print + go to the post office + wait in line + pay for it! Even when you guys made a mistake with my order and sent me the wrong items!!! I had to pay for the shipping MULITPLE TIMES with my own money and spend my own time because of your mistakes. And you won’t even help me and send me a refund for it. ASOS was my favorite store online but you seriously lost a good costumer. And I definitely do not recommend other people buying from you. And this is just a teeny bit of the experiences I’ve had with you guys because I don’t buy from you anymore.
