Game full of bugs and no support to be seen

Seems like a very nice collect and develop game…
Until you play for a long time, becomes a tycoon, and… The game (which you have to learn yourself -with no real guide… and gets in loops sometimes that make you restart the game) DELETES all character levels (after you worked for weeks to level them up)…
I sent several support requests - never got any reply! Not even an acknowledgement of receipt…

If I could - I would have asked all the money I spent in the game - back!
