Bizerba Augmented Services provide live video and voice communication from your on site staff to our Bizerba specialist. White board and still image functionality combined with simple elements of Augmented reality makes the app an ideal solution to increase your system availability.
The only requirement to run the Bizerba Augmented Services App is a smartphone / tablet, laptop with camera and an internet connection.
The App is also well applicable on certain smart glasses. The image quality is especially optimized for service and maintenance. To keep full control of all content, the Bizerba Augmented Services App is secured with the latest encryption technologies.
