If you want to lose weight or are trying to build muscle then you need an accurate and simple way to track body fat percentage and other important metrics. With this app you simply need to measure your waist and weigh yourself - that’s it! No messing around with callipers and such. With these measurements each day you can track your progress over time using the charts and waist and weight goals you set yourself.

Get a true picture of your body status with accurate metrics like Waist to Height Ratio (WHR) and Bodyfat percentage.

Gives an overall body category based on body fat percentage and WHR. BMI is also shown for comparison.

- trend line can be activated to see if you're on the right track
