Love the audio feature
When using the app abroad, with a data plan only, it’s wonderful to have the ability to communicate with the driver using a data-based call
BEWARE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
ENTIRE FEE WAS BILLED DESPITE NOT ARRIVING AT DESTINATION. IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP THE RIDE FROM THE APP!!
Customer service closed the complaint without explanation saying they corrected the security issue with the driver.
Driver arrived in a car with the wrong license plate, the car was smoking and there was no air conditioning. The car was banged up and the driver was battling the gear box to get it to move forward… we were forced to stop at the side of the road after a few hundred meters of the drive (Paris) - neither driver nor we could get the app to record a failed ride. WORSE STILL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE - try contacting them - no way to get any response.

Yesterday night we have waited for more than 40 minutes for a confirmed driver, although the app has notified us that he would pick me and my family up in about 4 minutes.
Because of this too long wait I cancelled the drive, but unfortunately you have charged me with a 9.5zlt canceling fee.
Due to circumstances written above I think you are not only should not charge me with any fees, but even need to compensate with in someway.
