Download the app and send a link inviting up to 11 others to join you in a buddy group. Then support and encourage each other to complete one of our simple, fun challenges to help you be more active, reduce your stress levels, eat a little better or lead a greener life.
If you’re joining as part of a company or community organisation, don’t forget to go to the app’s Community screen and enter the special code you’ll have seen in your internal comms.
