Poor service. Many bugs in the last month.
I am a paying customer and been facing issues with saving my work. The software worked great toll about a month ago and then started to have issues - I work hard to design my things and the Save As goes wild and not saving properly. You open a ticket - and they don’t get back to you. They don’t know how to solve problems. Very poor service and as a paying customer ($30 a month!!!) you expect more.

I. NEED. A. TIMELINE. for video editing
I’m a paid user and I have already asked for this, but somehow the owner of the app made it look like he didn’t understand. I’ll say it again. Any sane person trying to make a video for reels or TikTok, and less for the stories would want and need to see how much time does all the content they’re compiling take all together and on what second of the whole product which motion is happening! This is essential for trying to blend content into 30 sec or 60 sec scale and for trying to tune the content to some music. Now there is no timeline bar or at least seconds passed on our left and seconds to go on our right, so people have to do math with all the pieces they’re compiling to fit them into the timing. When it’s just 3-5 pieces it’s okay, but when there are 40 and more — it’s not okay! You need timeline or those passed and to go seconds! Plus the app is seriously slow when you’re trying to make subs for a 30 sec video.

Wonderful App!
I’m in love with this app. It’s simple and easy to use; intuitive! It’s perfect for my instagram content both video and photos. I also love the variety of things I can use to design my content, whether lots of elements or just one image.
