GoTo is a shared mobility service operating in Israel and around the world.
We are a community of tens of thousands of people who share a variety of vehicles without compromising convenience, flexibility, and freedom of movement. There are a number of different types of rental vehicles we offer, ranging from compact city cars to comfortable family cars to cargo vans.
Download the app, sign up for the service, and you can start driving within minutes. You can book a car for as little as an hour or as long as you need.
With GoTo cars, you can book in advance or 15 minutes before the rental through the app. Registration is quick, no paperwork is required, and cancellations are flexible. GoTo cars include gas, insurance, and maintenance.
Our service is round-trip. The concept is simple. Cars are parked in designated parking spots, so you can take the car and return it without having to look for parking.

Turn back!! Nightmare app and customer service
I have been forced to use (CAR2GO) now GoTo, due to some family reasons. However even after updating their mobile app, it’s still one of the worse service providers in Israel. App will fail and cause crashes. Finding your cars can be a challenge. And there is very poor service from their people. When you are renting a car and in an emergency, there needs to be a simple and fast way to get service.
I was once stuck outside my car for 1 hour in the summer heat waiting to get access to the car because the app was not working and I had no physical car.
Awful fueling experience
Everything was fine until I got a car with almost empty tank once. There is no instruction in the app how to fuel and there is no question even in the FAQ about it. So
I fueled by myself keeping the bill to get it reimbursed later on.
Support refused to do it stating that I should have called them from the gas station. Insisting that it is stated in the Terms and Conditions.
Dear Car2Go Israel, please be aware that everything written in the small letters is as good as not written. You’ve maldesigned your app by not adding a relevant button or instruction how to fuel a car during the rent. Please fix it in the nearest release. In the meantime I’m learning more about your competitors.
