Horrible Customer Service
Ive had so many issues with their drivers and when i file a complaint with their customer service they never resolve the issue or contact me. I also had to pay for a ride once that i didnt take because the driver turned the trip on even tho i didnt get in the car, customer service refused to issue me a credit.

How can the app improve if I can’t report a problem?
You cannot get hold of the support through the app.
Only problem is you can report or about the driver. How can I report problems about the app?
I was charged a cancellation fee because the app changed the arrival time of the taxi every minute and I had to cancel last minute because it was becoming annoying.
