My game won’t rest the account

And my game got deleted I have a few good floor until the cow one and I bought the starter pack and I can’t get my user back
I reset my game I just want to play I really love this game

The game is adorable and I really enjoy it the graphics are cute the game is good quality and fun BUT… I am 12 turning 13 really soon when I downloaded the I entered 12 and it blocked me from chat and clubs. understandable. but now I am almost 13 and still blocked because in the games mind I am still 12 and there are advantages you can only get by joining clubs I have gathered a large collection of cats and I DO NOT want to redownload the game have it reset AND enter the right age PLEASE FIX THIS

Mini games are glitch

Something wrong happened to my cat game. I can’t earn money by playing mini games. Then was in pop cats , by getting score more then 550 points, I was getting 1500 of money. Now when I playing pop cats and other mini games I almost can’t get money. With score of 550 points, I can only get 150 coins and for getting 1500 need to watch ad. Also I have only 10 ad games a day, so with all others I can only get 150 coins. And I bough vip so why it worth of money that I paying
