Never again I lost 220€
Dear Mr. Franco,
Further to our phone call earlier, please allow me to summarise what was discussed.
It is no longer possible to contact the seller via our platform due to the fact that our internal messaging system automatically closes 60 days from the date that the auction ended. The seller has not blocked your messages - this is not something that they are able to do. We will reach out to the seller to ask if they have received the return shipment, as the tracking information shows that the lot is currently still in transit. Once received, a second shipment will need to be arranged. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel this sale, as the seller has fulfilled their obligations under the Contract of Sale by shipping the lot to the exact address provided in your account.

Untrustworthy, not all products are authentic, some sellers do not send the order and there is no one to talk to, also the customer service of the company itself has a poor response
