Doesn't even show dates. Totally unreliable. Annoying pop-ups all the time.

Too distant location in a big central city, terrible working hours, no technical option to change the gathering point. It is always a facepalm when I know my parcel is going throught Cheetah. No ux option to leave inner raiting less than 5 stars in the app. Too many popups. Just a shame in comparison to other delivery companies. The poorest choice Israel could make while decided to use them.

Very poor service. The app works inconsistently, does not save delivery preferences, and does not allow removal of packages that were already delivered. It repeatedly requests ratings for pickup points on every delivery status check—even for points already rated, or for new ones not yet used. In addition, the company sometimes changes pickup points on its own without notifying the recipient.

It is impossible to create in time a response to the messages they sent, and then they send the package to a very distant location, all the time in another place. On the other side , the app is impossible to operate as it doesn’t send any codes for registration.
