The interactive and user-friendly official app of the City of Norco, Horsetown USA, is built for Norco residents and visitors alike.
Through the Norco App, users have City resources at their fingertips, as they are able to report issues they observe in their community, directly contact City departments and elected officials, receive City news and calendar alerts, and connect to City communication platforms. The Norco App also provides users with access to a complete business directory, which includes an array of places to shop, fun things to do, great places to eat, and equestrian related resources. In addition to being a necessity for residents, many features of the Norco App are valuable resources for tourists arriving in Horsetown USA.
