Worst Experience with Claude AI App - Think Twice Before Subscribing
As a paying customer of the Claude AI app's pro plan, I've encountered numerous issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied with the service and support:
1. Limited device access: Despite paying for a pro plan, I can only use the app on my mobile phone. This severely restricts the utility of the service.
2. Account creation problems: Attempts to create a second account failed because my phone number is already associated with my paid account via a hidden email on iPhone. This further limits my ability to use the service I'm paying for.
3. Unresponsive customer support: Multiple attempts to contact customer support have been met with silence. This lack of response is unacceptable for a paid service.
4. When I reached out to the sales team, I was redirected to the unresponsive support team. Upon following up, I was got an automated reply saying the sales representative was on vacation.
Potential subscribers should carefully consider these factors before committing to a paid plan.
If I could, I would give it a zero star
Great but bare bones
I prefer Claude to chatGPT because of the more refined research interface However, I do feel that it’s very lacking in this regard.
Copying and pasting is very difficult, and I would love to have a possibility highlight important information Claude provides me. in addition if I could add my own notes that would be wonderful.
Lastly, it’s kind of difficult to adjust his response so if I’d like him to be more succinct, I have to ask him and it only temporary
