Description
The goal of ConsciousInsights is to measure happiness. Once a day, you can write a few lines describing how your day was and Generative AI will evaluate this to a happiness score from 1 to 10. You can track your happiness over time in a graph and see how you're trending. You can also view your average happiness and volatility score (e.g. how much your happiness fluctuates). Eventually, these metrics may help identify mood disorders and help us understand and improve our happiness.
