Very difficult to unsubscribe
I wanted to use the app for a short time, the subscription is renewed by default, there is no response for my request to stop the payment and unsubscribe and no adress or phone available for customer service!
Spending time on waiting to long
The app is really complete. The HMI is from the 90’s. I registered for a month, I never got confirmation on the purchase, I couldn’t enter the app- but still I paid for it:) after taking with the provider, he “gave” me a month to use it. You can hear online books (streaming), it very very slow, you need time to wait between each chapter (it’s the major App problem). It’s not mature App. Needs to be updated and improved.
Great app!!!
I’ve been using this app for two years and I have to tell you that it is very accessible and very easy to use. A big selection of great books for every genre. Very recommended!!!
