Better than glovo i spend alot of time just dealing with error codes with glovo but here its faster easier and allows more options like paying in cash

DO NOT USE DELIVEROO IN LONDON

I’ve used many food delivery apps throughout the world. It’s not so uncommon to run into delivery communication problems but I’m absolutely appalled by the horrible service of the driver and then the follow up by “customer service” was even worse. I left a number in the delivery instructions, driver never called. I contacted the number that customer service provided, it was out of order. I contacted customer support through chat. The driver was still at the house but customer service couldn’t get ahold of him. In fact they couldn’t get ahold of him for the 40 minutes we were chatting. However I was expected to get in touch with him in the 4 min window he was at the door. And as the customer service even admitted, he was supposed to leave the food at the door. And of course didn’t, but marked the food “delivered”. No refund, no credits given, no food. With so many other options in London, DO NOT USE DELIVEROO!

Bad experience and high delivery cost

I’ve downloaded the app while staying in London to find out how it stands out from other apps, but apparently it doesnt. made it two orders and deleted it right away!
first order went good but high fees! seconds order was very awful, food came after 1 hour and 10 minutes, i paid 6 pounds as fees for a 9 pounds order and even tho i paid + 66% from the original order price the delivery guy made other deliveries before coming to me which is weird! the food came very very cery cold even though the restaurant is close! bad experience and i will never ever use this app again. they take your money with high fees and give you cold food. i will use other apps where i found great quality, quick delivery and low fees costs.
